Personality:  Prideful, controling, hardworking, service-minded, adventurous, calm/well-spoken, very "duty first"-mentallity
His pride is worth gold for him and if he will do something then it will be something that is worth to be proud over. If he can't feel any pride in what he does then he will redo it and hide the evidence of the old. No one should know about his failures (according to him). He might also come off as rather cold at times, or at least frosty, since he have a bad habit if thinking that he have to ALWAYS be in control of his emotions. Though that controling personality doesn't only fall on his emotions but also his work. He need to know exactly what goes into each wine, how many bottles he have of each and how many is sold in the end of the day. This also leads to all the labour he put into his work for the perfection he desires.
But despite all of that he does respect people and do try to at least be friendly and helpful. The Perfection he is after is for his customers after all, and he will do anything to get them what they want (even head out on an adventure to find rare ingredients)

History:
Altough Alexander doesn't speak about his past all that much it is known that he grew up with both his parents. His mother taught him how to cook and make wine(and other drinks) and his father taught him all he needed to know about fencing and archery. He wasn't always the greatest son. Often he was mischivious and got in trouble a lot, especially with his mother. He often disobayed orders to head out at night to be with his friends or flirt with boys and girls around the area. For most of his teenage years, he was the king of the world.... However his mother passed away in illness when he was 19. The loss of his mother saddend him greatly but worked hard on hiding it as he instead tried to help his father, keeping him going. He did all the cooking, cleaning, and more... All in the hopes it would help his father soon return to the man he once knew. Sadly the hardwork never payed, so Alexander tried to start up his buissnes idea to bring in money so he could hire a nurse and maid to take care of his father. Making sure that the father would be taken well care off. However, through all that time he never came to terms with his own feelings after the mothers death, and have since taken up the habit of keeping all things troubeling him to himself. To him, his duty to others and to his work always comes before his own needs. He still wishes he could at least helped his father, or that he was a better son to his mother before she passed away.
    As time passed his wine managed to become rather popular, and made him start to experiment further. He is working hard on prefect different kinds of cider and beer to add to his stock. However he have yet to manage to produce something he feel holds up to the quality of his wines.
